Seeing as the David Lynch-directed "Wild at Heart" is currently not being produced on VHS, stars two of Hollywood's better actors, Nicolas Cage and Laura Dern, and was the winner of the Palme D'Or prize at the Cannes Film Festival in 1991, Nicolas Cage fans the world over request that a DVD version of the film be released in wide-screen format with commentary and extra material so that this memorable movie can be enjoyed for posterity.

This movie, with its superbly drawn, deeply human, characters and chilling story line is a sublimely directed piece. It is a fine example of excellent film making in the new born 1990's.
