To Remove: Bay Area Diesel Performance - BADP as a vendor from Cummins Forums for falsely marketing products to it's members.
Including:
- Gen1 Upgrade Fees for a product that was routinely delayed, leading to:
- Gen2 "The Eliminator" kits that never worked correctly
- Gen3 "DPF/EGR delete" that is no longer being fulfilled and also did not work as claimed.
Signing this petition acknowledges that you have spent money with this company and suffered one of the above circumstances.
While you will most likely NOT get a refund, I do wish this to serve as a warning for anyone else and allow the owners of Cummins Forum to realize this is a problem vendor.
