Remove Disconnects

We, the undersigned, are all avid, loyal players of SOCOM3 who love the game except for a few problems. One of these prolems is the fact that your online ranking is hurt if you turn off your PS2 without 'logging off'. We strongly reccomend that this stat is completely disabled from affecting your rank, so that everyone on the game gets a more accurate rank based on their playing abilities, not by how many times they are in a rush.
