By signing below, we, taxpayers, residents, business operators and frequent visitors of Old Orchard Beach hereby make a formal request for the Town Council to relieve the current Town Manager, James Thomas, of his Administrative Duties.
This request is being made due to the Town Manager's repeated acts of unprofessionalism, and "mistakes;" from the acquisition of the Ballpark, to, and not limited to, questionable practices including personal gain in regards to the Grand Victorian project involving its developer.
It is for these reasons, and for others not mentioned here that the Council is aware of, that we feel the Town Manager should be relieved of his duties, effective immediately.
