Remove 'Kick & Ban' feature from Habbo Hotel

We, the undersigned, believe that Habbo Hotel should remove the 'Kick and ban' feature it has enabled on it's site.

This feature has made it so much easier for scamming on Habbo, which is already a big enough problem (at the time of writing this petition, trading has been turned off due to scammers).

Scammers can use 'kick and ban' in so many ways in order to acquire furni/credits and prevent others from being warned.
Here are some ways that scammers have been using 'kick and ban':

1. During prize giving moments on games.
2. During 'giveaways' where they will simply remove the item then 'kick and ban' the habbo.
3. After someone has paid for rights to a room.
4. Preventing scammed Habbo's from warning others in the room as they cannot re-enter.
5. During p2p/rev etc situations

And other such situations stated in signees comments.

We fail to see the merit of this feature. If you don't want to hear what a certain Habbo is saying you can mute them. If they are being abusive then you can call for immediate help or send a report.
'Kick and ban' is a feature that should be reviewed as it is enabling scamming to pass by so much easier and Habbo's warning other Habbo's is the best way for them to be notified of current scams, as groups like Scambusters has proved.

We believe removing this feature will make Habbo a more fun and enjoyable place and greatly reduce the risk of being scammed.
