Remove Victor and Jason

Following the events of Wed 16th and Thurs 17th June 2004, Emma Greenwood was evicted from Big Brother 5, UK.

In an unjust action, Channel 4 producers of Big Brother kept Emma locked up in 'the bedsit' for three days, in solitary confinement, leading her and viewers to believe that she would be allowed to return to the house. However, she was subsequently evicted on Saturday 20th June at 6.30pm.

It is the belief of the undersigned that the events of 'fight night' were not the responsibility of one person. Emma was manipulated by Big Brother producers, who were fully aware of what might occur when Emma and Michelle were returned to the house. Emma engaged in anti-social behaviour along with several Big Brother contestants, all of whom were responsible, in part, for the brawl that occured.

JASON COWAN and VICTOR EBUWA engaged in threatening and aggressive behaviour in addition to Emma. It is therefore the belief of the undersigned that JASON AND VICTOR should also be evicted forthwith for their involvement in the fight. Both contestants continue to behave intimidatingly, both seeking to influence nominations in an aggressive manner.

It is the belief of the undersigned that the punishment of one contestant over the actions of many is unfair and irresponsible. Channel 4 and Big Brother are advocating and accepting intimidation, bullying and manipulation.

The undersigned would also like to state that if their concerns are not taken seriously they will launch a boycott of all products associated with Big Brother, including Talk Talk. The press will be informed and a formal press release issued.
