We write to you to register our serious concerns about Central Arizona Colleges horrible misconducts. It has come to our attention through the Internet in both Chinese and English.
Central Arizona College is a public school receiving federal financial assistance and our tax dollars pay for the operation of our public school. We expect our public schools administration to be effective in spending our tax dollars in administering acdamic integrity and prohibiting discrimination on the basis of race, color, and national origin in programs.
AiFang Shi, a Chinese pathologist, was a nursing student with exllent grades and scarloship awards at Central Arizona College from the fall 2005 to December 2006. After she complained about the instructors cheating in the tests on 10/30/06, eveything went horrible wrong to her. The dean of the College made discriminatory statements towards Ms. Shi during a meeting. Ms. Shi complained this incident of the discrimination to the authorities at the College. Six days later, the College summarily terminated her with a fabricated accusation, alleging that she performed a procedure "without faculty supervision" while at a hospital. An eyewitness immediately wrote a letter to the College, stating that Ms. Shi was innocent of this charge, yet the College still dismissed her without allowing her chance to defend herself.
Ms. Shi sued the college to the U.S. Federal Court of Arizona. In the discovery of the lawsuit, the hospital produced the original document proving that the Colleges accusation to be entirely false. The patient's Medication Administration Record bears the signatures of the faculty member, proving that Ms. Shi completed the entire procedure under faculty supervision.
To persist in wrongdoing, the college fabricated and backdated variance reports which conflict with original document produced by the Hospital.
To further persecute Ms. Shi, the college fabricated a criminal email hacking incident in November 2006. The ironic truth is that the College attached the computer experts email, which proved the alleged criminal incident to be entirely false. This case is still open and pending without any progress.
The evidence showed that this student was subjected to not only discrimination but also retaliation based on false accusations. The college hired the lawyers manipulating legal system and having their summary judgment granted by the U.S. Federal Court of Arizona. However, the evidence are in the court record and are undeniable.
The the most nasty thing is that the college is going harm her even more by asking for awarding their cost and attorneys fees, even after they ruined her nursing career by their discriminatory and wrongful conducts.
We ask that you take a good look at this case personally. We ask you to investigate all issues regarding the colleges instructors cheating in the tests, the inside story about the criminal email hacking incident, and the alleged incidents for the dismissal.
