We are requesting you support customers who have purchased, or desire to purchase, your HDTV set-top boxes with a competative level of HDTV channel selection as is offered by your competators in the Canadian Digital Television Serice Providor market.
We are aware that we have a choice when it comes to our television service providor but many customers have no choice but to use your service due to geographic or technological technicalities. In addtion, many customers have made the signifigant investment in a Shaw HDTV set-top box which is proprietory to Shaws services.
We request that a decision be announced to this request 14 days after receipt and that the change be implemented within 30 days of your announcement.

Honest, I am no relation to the cable company with the same name. Please stop sending me emails. I switched to a real HD provider long ago. I can't understand how others can $$$ on HDTV and then feed it mushroom fertilizer.
