Return the picture resolution of the COM multiplex channels back to 720x576

The Freeview picture quality used to be quite decent, in fact almost at DVD quality back in 2002. Unfortunately since then, the bitrates have decreased, and even worse, the COM multiplex channels now only broadcast at 544x576, rather than 720x576. Increasing the picture resolution on the COM multiplexes back to 720x576 is important if the UK is to stay on top in terms of digital terrestrial television. Until the picture resolution on the COM multiplexes is returned back to 720x576, we shall boycott en masse viewing these channels, thus it potentially hurting the broadcasters who pay to use space on these multiplexes, as it won't be as worth paying to broadcast on these multiplexes if nobody watches the channels.
