Reverse "safe" call and give Galarraga a perfect game

We hereby request that the Commissioner of Baseball Allan H. (Bud) Selig, use the power of his office to reverse the "safe" call made with two outs in the ninth inning in the Detroit Tigers-Cleveland Indians game, with Cleveland batting on June 2, 2010. Replays show clearly that the batter was out at first base. If the call was made correctly, the pitcher, Armando Galarraga, would have had a perfect game. Given that he truly deserves this perfect game, and given that reversal of the call would not impact the outcome of the game, we believe it is in the interest of baseball to reverse the call and deem the batter to be out.
