Ron Paul Is Not a Racist, His Supporters Aren't Racists, and the Ones who are don't Grasp the Philosophy of Liberty

We, the supporters of Ron Paul, reject any notion that Ron Paul is a racist. In all his years of public service, Ron Paul has never made any sort of statement that can be construed as "racist" or "white nationalist". Ron Paul's central philosophy is the anti-thesis of racism: treat individuals as that - individuals.

Ron Paul has mentioned that African-American Walter Williams would be a good choice for Vice President. Despite false information that Ron Paul is an anti-Semite, Ron Paul considers economists such as Murray Rothbard and Ludwig von Mises as people he not only admires - but considers his heroes.

There are some supporters who do adhere to the morally and mentally bankrupt philosophy of racism - such as the members at Stormfront and people like Don Black and David Duke. While they make up an incredibly minute minority of Ron Paul's supporters, the mainstream media and Ron Paul attack hounds pimp out their support as proof that Ron is a racist. As already mentioned - Ron Paul has, is, and in high probability never will be a racist. In fact, when Ron does speak about racism, it is in condemnation.

Ron Paul recognizes that certain government institutions such as the War on Drugs and capital punishment are often carried out in a racist manner. Ron Paul is one of the few candidates and fewer Republicans to make note of this. If Ron Paul wanted to go back to the days of segregation and moronic pseudoscience that non-whites are inferior - he is doing an abysmal job. Having the highest support amongst African Americans for a Republican candidate for President wouldn't help either.

In signing, you reject the notion that Ron Paul is a racist, you reject the notion that the near entirety of his supporters are racist, and that currently "racist" supporters of Ron Paul don't have a full grasp on Ron Paul's anti-racist/individualist/constitutionalist/freedom message.
