Enough complains have been and are made to your on site and office based management regarding the inadequate service provided. But clearly the voices of your angry/frustraded customers do not seem to bother you at all. Every morning we have to crowd the west foot path of the bus station. Waiting, waiting for the 08:25 bus.
Memories of that extra bus during the summer seem to emerge from all conversations. As the expectation of being able to board the 08:25 (to make to work on time) is stamped on every face.
When it suddenly appears from around the corner, the morning waltz begins. Not really sure where it will stop, the crowd hesitantly moves left and right. Those who board sigh in relief, those who don't start reaching towards their mobiles or taxis while crushing their monthly tickets on their other hand.
We demand a more constant and reliable service for the Airport Business Park employees. It is time for you to start providing a direct peak hours service to the Airport Business Park, instead of only "diverting" the Airport one. And least return the extra morning bus.

What about the 5:20 pm bus?!?! We finish working at 5:30 pm and for only 10 minutes we miss the 5:20 pm, so every evening we have to wait almost one hour before getting the next bus!!! The 6:05 pm bus sometimes doesn't pass and when it does it comes late
