Toronto's High Park Zoo is a healthy place for people and animals. This year nearly all its species had a baby including: wallaby, bison, yak, and llama. High Park Zoo is enjoyed by new and old Torontonians - families, schools, daycares and camps. It is one of the best places to hear all of Toronto's languages being spoken. High Park Zoo has survived both world wars and the Great Depression. It is one of the city services tabled to be cut during the January 17th budget vote. By signing this petition you are telling Toronto City Council that you want High Park Zoo saved and preserved for future generations. Please sign by January 10th, so it can be delivered to High Park Councillor Doucette well before the budget vote.
