Save Twenty One Klaibar

We the undersigned to this petition, do hereby make our intentions known that we stand firmly against a great injustice befalling the Hertz children,(specifically Briana), Commack, and the World in general.

We do hereby state that we disagree whole-heartedly with the decision of Barbra and Michael Hertz to uproot themselves from the glorious residence known as TWENTY ONE KLAIBAR, or to some of us, simply HOME.

While we all take note of the purpose of said abandonment, and also wish only wonderful things for the 'official' owners of said residence, we also want to make sure that our desires are appropriately addressed and considered before such a drastic step is taken.

Henceforth, let the words ring out that we the Undersigned do wish there to be some manner in which TWENTY ONE KLAIBAR can be preserved evermore, as it stands today. We don't ask for anything outrageous or grand, but simply along the lines of Mount Vernon, or, even, Colonial Williamsburg, the property be preserved and maintained so future generations can appreciate and enjoy the premises as we all have during our lifetime. At the very least, we insist that any transfer of title include language allowing for right of re-entry by any heirs or legatees of the current inhabitants of TWENTY ONE KLAIBAR.

Again, we restate our purpose is not to upset or hinder the movements of the Hertzs, but to officially voice our concerns and at the same time, show our love for all that is TWENTY ONE KLAIBAR.
