As I drive around Gaborone (and I am sure it happens all over Botswana), I am appalled at the number of parents sitting in the car with their seatbelt's on, yet you see their children sitting in the middle of the back seat, with no seatbelt on or bouncing around the car.
I have created this petition in the hope that with the voices of the people, we can change the seatbelt laws of Botswana, for our future generations.
