WE, the loyal fans of Nathaniel Archibald and Serena Van Der Woodsen, also referred too as SereNate from the hit teen drama Gossip Girl, would like to express our sentiments with regards to the heartrending outcome of their relationship in Seasons 1 and 2. We were very much dismayed with the way the storyportrayed and delivered their relationship. We disapproved to the lack of relationship between the two characters. It was not justifiable for us fans, we were undeniably dissatisfied. It was way beyond our expectations. Why does their beautiful relationship have to dwindle in the countless romance circles of Blair and Dan? You made us love and support them, but afterwards, whats left for us fans now? EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENTS that is. You made us fans heartbroken due to every other relationship they seem to have besides the most important one to us, Serena and Nate together.


WE, the SereNate fans, request for Mr. Josh Schwartz and other concerned parties to hear out the voices of the fans. We are aware that the creators of Gossip Girl has been heavily criticized by a number of people and suffered frequent complaints for many reasons, therefore, please consider to make sensible decisions with regards to these concerns as we would love to witness Serena and Nate featuring more than past episodes have, we yearn to see them together again in the next future. You have to realize that there is a need for you to make it up to us, the die-hard SereNate whom you have offended. Consider this moment for you to sort out all the misconstrued and inaccuracy made in Seasons 1 and 2of Gossip Girl , particularly resolve hanging issues (especially SereNate issues).

We, the SereNate fans, would like to set our intentions clearly, this petition was made for you to see how serious and persistent we are in pursuing this matter. Therefore, with all due respect, we ask of you, to considerately hear us out, be more compassionate, pay more attention to us. We appeal to all of you to please, create and sustain their relationship, keep them together. We love them so much that we cannot bear to see them apart. Please do not let our hopes down. We ask of you to be more considerate, and much more sensitive regarding these issues. Although it was merely a fictional TV Series based on a book , numerous people admired and very much appreciated the kind of love they have for each other, it was absolutely inspiring, captured the viewers hearts with their undying love for each other.

If you need further reasons why we the viewers would like Serena and Nate to be together read the following:

Because when he walked past, she looked back.
Because they had sex at a wedding. Foreshadowing much?
Because she left for a year, and he didn't get over her.
Because even though he's not supposed to, he still defends her to his girlfriend.
Cause every chance he gets he's looking/staring/gazing at Serena.
Because even Blair knows deep down that it's them and it always has been
Because she was really hurt when he didn't talk to her
Because with just a few short scenes, they've captured our hearts.
Because their story hasn't even begun.
Because we know the real reason she came back.

We, the loyal supporters of SereNate, joined hands to uplift our spirits and were very much determined in keeping the SERENATE FLAME burning!!! Vow to continuously give unconditional love and support towards our ever dearest Serena and Nate.
