Brunei is dominated by Nikon and Canon users. Canon has Interhouse. Who can we turn to for our Nikon needs? Canon can sustain because they provide other services such as fax machines, photocopiers and printers. Nikon is solely dedicated to photography.
It may be difficult for Nikon to open a business in Brunei due to the market size. But nothing is stopping them from providing technicians, or more specifically train skilled Bruneians or other nationality in order to service Nikon camera's in Brunei. If car dealers can train technicians to repair their specific vehicles, why can't Nikon train people to do the same thing?
