"Sir" Cliff Richard should renounce his title.
His career has arguably been good for the British public, but the recent campaign he's been backing to retroactively extend copyrights on sound recordings from 50 to 95 years, just as some of his earlier copyrights are about to expire demonstrates clearly that such good was motivated by pure greed and not any kind of desire to do good. He would rather rob the public of the vast majority of 50 year old works forever than to get anything less than maximum profits from his works far beyond the extent of the applicable laws.
