Smart Telecom - More Upload Bandwidth - xPetition

We suggest to Smart Telecom Ireland plc, regarding their new 2Mb/sec broadband product, that the upload speed be increased from 128Kb/sec to a minimum of 256Kb/sec.
We would be willing to pay an additional amount for this privelege or to sacrifice some of the 2Mb in favour of increased upload bandwith.
