SOE/LA Appology

We all know a lot of people screwed up... screwed up pretty bad. It might be LA's fault or it might be yours. It was probably both of you. You openly admit to sacrificing your customers in order to make more money. You mock us for playing your games, since you release them only 60\% completed and you use our money to finish them. Yes, the joke is on us. We trusted you. You've done it several times, in a few different games and so far you've gotten away with it.
You cannot fix what you have done. But you can at least admit that you've done something wrong. I'm not asking for anyone in specific to appologize. Anyone, even someone from LA, would be fine. Your credibility is already gone. You have gone far beyond "just trying to make a profit". You screwed us over again and again. A lot of us may never buy any of your products again. Nothing will change that. But we still deserve an appology.

Note: Although it would be nice to get an appology for anyone, we're really looking for Smedley's.
