Solve Disconnect Problem on Silkroad Online

After the Server Inspection frim 8/1/06 of Silkroad Online a lot of People have a Problem. After starting to play and getting some Experience points by killing Monsters, they get a "disconnect to the server" message.





After creating more then enough threads on the offical Forum and sending Global messages through the game, nothing happend. Espacilly for the users which have buied items for real money (for instance Gold-Time-Ticket or Monkey/Squirells) the Problem is really annoying.





From Joymax there was a 5-minutes inspection, which has changed nothing. We want a solution for that problem or even first a message, that the Joymax team is working on that problem. Because the people can only watch their bought items running away.





Next thing is, we want some replacement for our items. If the problem had been only one day, nobody would complain. But now its going in the third day and not even a notice has come out.
