Spay and Neuter Iowa

I the undersigned, recognize that it is important for the Animal Protection and Education Charity to have a State of Iowa government agency sponsor this Spay and Neuter license plate. Without a sponsor, the plate will be issued with no funds going to the project. I feel that any state agency requested to do so, should sponsor the Animal Protection and Education Charity's Spay and Neuter license plate. Sponsoring the plate requires the state agency to receive funds from the Iowa Department of Transportation and to issue a check to the Animal Protection and Education Charity on a quarterly basis.

Additionally, I feel that the State of Iowa is in need of a State Level Spay and Neuter program. The program outlined by the Animal Protection and Education Charity's SPAYIOWA.ORG website is feasible and has been proven effective in other states.
