This Petition is intended to promote Бlvaro Parente, one of the most talented Portuguese drivers ever.
This young pilot grabbed the steering wheel quite early, roughly 4 years old, when he got a little Kart for Christmas. His uncle put him in a wet tennis court just to see him controlling the car in the wet.
With 8 years old, he started his brilliant Karting career, in which he came across with Lewis Hamilton, Robert Kubica or Nico Rosberg, who he beat (1998, Junior Karting European Champion).
