Der Landtag NRW möge beschließen, dass Kommunalverwaltungen und Bezirksregierungen in NRW für eine ausreichende Versorgung mit staatlichen Internaten zu sorgen haben, die Schüler ab 13 Jahren auf eigenen Wunsch und ohne Schulgeldzahlung besuchen dürfen.
