We, the undersigned, do hereby declare our intent and approval for the usage of the song "The Touch" as written and performed by Stan Bush to be included in the 2007 film "Transformers" directed by Michael Bay from Dreamworks/Paramount in some fashion. For reference: Stan Bush "The Touch" video
It is understood that there is only a limited number of ways this song can be included in the movie, and we leave it up to the producers where and when its usage would be appropriate. However we feel its an important link to the original Transformers theatrical outing 20 years ago that should be acknowledged.
