We, the undersigned, are fans of Paramounts Star Trek Voyager. We have heard the latest rumors about a new Star Trek Academy film in the works. We are in strong opposition of this film, as it would contain none of the characters we love. As evidenced with Enterprise, people want the Star Trek saga to move forward, not backward. We would propose that Paramount consider a Star Trek Voyager film. Voyager was an amazing show with many wonderful characters. With all of the new technology the ship has as well as the different species the crew encountered, the possibilities for story lines are limitless. It is a natural progression as TOS and TNG have had films, and we believe the Voyager fan base will be alienated if a movie is not made.
We urge you to rethink your latest concept, and seriously consider a Star Trek Voyager film. Thank you very much for taking the time to consider our request. We hope to see a Voyager film in the theaters soon.
