Dear Indian Govt and All IITs and NITs,
Let me make our request in very sweet and short manner. We all know that Free and Open Source Software are the software and process which can make our country better and faster progressive.
FOSS and Open Standards are highly required for the whole country. These software and and Internet is the only medium where we can provide a good education to mass. May you start some dedicated research departments in Indian govt and IITs and NITs. I request IITs to offer PhD in Free Software and Open Source process model.
