Stephen Colbert Must Run for President

We the members of the Colbert Nation ask that Stephen Colbert run for the office of President of the United States of America. At this pivotal time in America's history someone must step forward to guide our country to greatness. In the absence of someone better, we implore Stephen Colbert to do what is right and lead our nation from the helm. While the comforts of basic cable are intoxicating, Lady Liberty is counting on Stephen Colbert to do what is right. We stand as Colbertocrats, united in our aim to make Stephen Colbert our President. We know he won't let us down.
