Stop credit abuse in Texas!

We as American's should have the right to who can run our credit! Back in the day if someone ran your credit, it was usually for a house, credit card, or a car. Now if you want a job your credit is checked! It's not a wonder people drive around with no insurance, if your credit is not spotless...you cannot afford it! This has to be stopped! Texas is the worst. It should not be nessasary to run a credit report on jobs or insurance! Insurance should be based on DRIVING RECORD alone! This causes a number of people to refuse even liability on their vehicle because of the deposit charge based on your credit! Everyone needs a job, why do a credit check! It's a job, not an application for a gas card! It is also violating our rights as citizens...how you ask....PRIVACY! These credit checks need to be controled and regulated by company. This needs to be stopped before it gets out of control! Texas insurance companies are the top ranking with unfairness in the way they rate the scale of pricing. Mostly due to credit. I thought we needed good drivers in the road.....not people who have spotless credit...how will that make a difference on how people drive. It doesn't! Change it now! Make it better for everyone!
