We the undersigned:
1) Oppose annexation of the Proposed Annexation Area (PAA) as it will forever change the character of Kirkland by doubling its population to 81,000. We love the small town character of Kirkland and we do not want it to become a large city.
2) Request the Kirkland City Council STOP the annexation process and focus the council's efforts on solving the problems of the City of Kirkland.
