Stop Manshead Tutor Regime Changes

We feel that morning registration is imperative to tackling truancy and that removal of it will not make the problem any better. We also feel that some free time in the morning is vital to allow students to properly wake up and prepare for the day. We also feel that by making this change it is making registration seem less important so some students would not feel obligated to attend.
We feel that we would much rather interact with people of a similar maturity level. As older students we feel that we are currently able to mentor each other as equals but a smaller group of younger students would take away this opportunity. We feel we are obligated to mentor the younger years while receiving little from them, especially unpleasant and under-motivated students with whom we would rather not interact with.
We feel that Learning Group periods would take away from our education time, which we feel is more important. We also feel that we would rather not spend an hour a week participating in activities with students we dont want to interact with, due to their immaturity. As Sixth Formers we feel that a Learning Guide would be a hindrance and become an obstruction to our independent learning.
We feel that having 6 colleges overcomplicates the house system and makes events more difficult to organise. It would also not improve turnout and would also lead to a lesser amount of extra curricular participation.
Overall we feel the current system benefits us more than the new system which would hinder us more than help.
