Stop people spamming the Trending Topics list on Twitter with Justin Biebers name

This is a petition to the website www.twitter.com for them to permanently ban Justin Bieber from the trending topics list. Not to ban all topics related to him, just to ban [Justin Bieber] and [#Justin Bieber]. The reason for this is because the trending topics list is designed to show topics which people in any given area (whether this is a country, city or the world) are tweeting about. Unfortunately this feature is often abused and words or phrases are pushed into the trending topics list by minority groups. Justin Bieber is one of the most common trending topics because of this abuse. He is spammed and pushed onto the list by a minority on Twitter that tweet constantly about him. Rather than it actually being a topic the majority of the community are talking about, it is a minority who tweet multiple times. Thus it prevents the trending topics list being used as a way to connect the twitter community and actually find out what people are talking about. This petition is not a hate petition against Justin Bieber or anyone affiliated with him, it is a petition to Twitter asking for them to put measures in place to stop the spamming of the trending topics list with Justin Biebers name. As part of the Twitter community we feel this is important. Thank you.
