Stop Telus and Bell From Charging for Incoming Texts

This is a petition to stop the charges applyed to incoming text messages, applyed by Telus and Bell. As of a few months ago, Telus and Bell began to charge for incoming texts message. In our opinion this is something that we cannot control, so we should not be text messaged for it. We feel it should be illegal to charge for something that is out of the users control. If you agree, and think that being charged for incoming texts is wrong, and Telus and Bell should cancel the charge immediately, please sign this petition.
