Stop the Usage of the Beach Boys moniker

Recently Mike Love of the Beach Boys band has filed suit against former Beach Boy Brian Wilson, for Using the Beach Boys name on a promotional give away CD. The Disc features Live renditions of Beach Boys classics, recorded by Wilson and his touring band. In recent Years Mike Love has recorded an Album of Beach Boys classic for 76 gasoline, and NASCAR using the Beach Boys name in the album Title. Due to the hypocrisy brought forth by Mr. Love, I ask you the Beach Boys fans to sign this petition. This petition will be sent to Brother Records, to Immediately Dismiss the rights of the Beach Boys name to any surviving members. Unless United or with the permission of all estates. This means Brian Wilson, Al Jardine, Mike Love, and the Carl Wilson estate, will "ALL" have to agree upon any usage of the Beach Boys name. If Brother Records choose to ignore the signatures of this petition, I ask you the Fans and Signatures of this petition to dismiss the purchase of any Beach Boys merchandise. And also protest nor purchase tickets to any performance under the Beach Boys name. Thank You
