Students being paddled in public and private schools

This petition is saying that all public schools and private schools and alternative schools will allow all students grades k to 12 will receive swats with a wooden paddle from the Principle, Coach, Teachers or the Parents of the students instead of suspending the student for 4 days or 3.
The kids grades k to 5 will not get it so hard, they may wanna use a small paddle or a ruler to spank the kids. Those grades 6 to 12 a big paddle. Paddle with holes and a Paddle with no holes. The swats for girls will be pants up and not so hard.
The boys will get it alot harder than the girls. All teens will get atleast 7 swats.Teens can get anywhere from 7 to 25 swats on bottom. All boys will get swats on bare bottom at times, and other times with pants up.
Men will only be allowed to swat the boys and only women will swat the girls. There will be a witness during the paddling.
