I support the Target Express workers still awaiting wages, holiday and notice pay, and redundancy owed to them. I particularly commend the workers in Wexford who are still on a sit-in to win what is rightfully theirs, and call upon the government to take swift, effective action to see that the workers get their just entitlements as soon as possible. The government must also introduce new legislation to enhance the protection of workers who are made redundant to prevent episodes of this nature from occuring in the future.
