Keep the Teeswater Town Hall alive!
As of June 1, 2017, Council made the decision that a temporary closure at the Town Hall will be necessary to address the fire code violations.
The final amount that is required to update the Town Hall has yet to be disclosed, however, estimates are steep and will likely require a large fundraising campaign as the community willl have to come up with the funds to support the project.
Some members of council do not see the historic Town Hall as an economically viable building. This puts our Town Hall at risk of being closed for an extended length of time.
