Telecare For Free

Telecare is an important life line for Pensioners and people of ill health who are isolated and need full time care. This service was free initially in Conwy but from June 2011 this service will have to be paid for by the service user, although this service will cost 3.50 per week many vunerable people will not be able to afford this anymore. This service should be free and goverment funded. This petition is to highlight public opinion about this subject, please support telecare users by signing the petition.
