To compensate salaried employees working beyond the scheduled work hours, physically being at the company of employment, in transit or telecommuting.
In cases where employees work beyond scheduled hours and days; physically being at work or travel in between company sites.
To have the employers give the option to these employees working overtime some form of compensation and tracking.
Either:
1. Time off for working beyond scheduled hours.
Either case where the person works full-time or part-time (under 8 hours per day). Other cases where the work is 'rush' or requires heavy. labor.
2. Overtime pay or vacation time due to over-time.
3. To catch salary compensated employees; that are not out patients, disabled, senior citizens, divorced, with children or non-medical reasons, that are leaving before thier scheduled hours or changing schdules.
