Over 27\% of emails are spam according to MSN. That`s millions of junk emails a minute. Many of these email contain viruses [1 in 17 at its peak(August 17th 2003)] and unsuitable or vulgar material. Spam can also slow down your internet and the time it takes for your emails to arrive. At the height of the SoBig spamming virus it could take 6 hours for an email to arrive. The SoBig virus sends out hundreds of emails a minute, slowing down your computer and even crashing it. The only way to stop this is by stopping spammers. It will eventually deem the internet useless as it will slow and annoy the world. A "spam-less" internet is a happier internet. Even while I typed this I got an unsolicited email asking me to join a dating agency.
Many experts believe AV software does not work as well as it did 3 years ago when viruses were much easier to rid of and "anti-spam" software also is not efficient any more. We don`t care about getting cheaper mortagages, increasing the sizes of our penises herbally and being sent pornography. We want an end to spam; its illegal and annoying.

I don't even want to use my email software anymore.

Every day I receive 20, 30 spams that I would have to delete regularly and try not to delete personal email. This is too much time consuming. Forget emails !
