Have you noticed that new rule circling around Neopia? The one that stops OUT OF SITE LINKING? Well, i have! And i think it is outrageous! It is destroying petpages, userlookups, shops, guilds, everything! It was made to 'stop scamming' but its making innocent people suffer! I, personally, want this rule to become dormant, so if you want it to be disabled, sign this petition!

This new rule is very annoying. It messed up the guild I am part of, and made it very difficult for us to tell new members where to go for information. I also have to completely re-do my petpages now.
