The one child policy. Worldwide

China introduced its one-child policy in 1979. It prohibits married couples living in cities, to witness more than one child. Exceptions are made for couples in rural areas for ethnic minorities and for parents who themselves have no brothers or sisters. Such families may have more than one child - with permission-, there are but strict rules for the time when they can get their second child: A "birth spacing" from 3 to 4 years between the children is to comply with.[6] If a child is severely disabled or dies, it could be a request to the authorities, to be allowed to have a second.   Please sign my petition on the subject of  one child politics. We come just for a better world. Stop the overpopulation now.
