The Otter Revolution

This petition is a plea to any legislator or concerned citizen to join us in our quest to legalize the farming, and domestication, and sale of Otters.
The citizens of the United States of America who have interest in Otters as pets is an underrepresented segment of our population, a "silent majority," if you will, and we believe, a potentially powerful electoral bloc.
