The undersigned are fans of Anthony Minghella's film The Talented Mr. Ripley. We believe that this film is an under appreciated work with a huge fan base that's only increased with its video release 5 years ago. While the current dvd release has many fine extras including a commentary, we would like to see an extended 'director's cut' or the inclusion of deleted scenes. Please consider a re-release of this disc with deleted scenes added. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I would love to see what was cut out of the theatrical release. It's my favourite movie and I've spent well over $400 collecting memorabilia from the movie. I'd definitely buy a re-release of the DVD if it included anything I haven't seen before!

This was such a good movie, I considered it a masterpiece. Deleted scenes would let viewers see the directors' perspective more. I'm sure all of us signing want that.
