It is time to impose a swift and infallible system to ensure the reduction or end of the online phenomenon of Spyware, Adware, and Spam.
These practices are an intrusion of privacy and theft of privately owned equipment and capability in the form of privately owned computers.
To bring this undesirable aspect of online activities under controll it is hereby suggested to impose mandatory capital punishment for anyone engaged in the activities of distributing, supporting, or developing code regarded as Spyware, Adware, or Spam.
By imposing a system of Capital Punishment followed by a few well-advertised examples of it's implementation we can take back our Internet and computers from this vial form of humanity.
(Although this petition is made partly in jest. The point is spyware, adware, and spam must be stopped. No exceptions should be made in devising laws that would allow loopholes. END IT NOW! I don't want to lose any more time trying to keep my computer useable for Work and school. I am sick of it!)
