We, The Undersigned, believe that on the occasion of Tom Webb making his 414th appearance for Gloucester City Fooball Club, and thereby passing the all-time appearance record previously held by Stan Myers for fifty years, Gloucester City Council should see that both of these men are made Freemen of the City of Gloucester in recognition of their outstanding loyalty and contribution to sport in Gloucester and the fine example they have set to young sports men and women.
