We, the citizens of Wayland, urge the Planning Board to complete the Zoning By-Law for the Town Center proposal and submit it for inclusion in the November 1 Special Town Meeting warrant by the September 6th deadline.
It is imperative that all the citizens of Wayland have a chance to vote on the project.
