TracFone Fairness

We the undersinged would like to make it clear to TracFone that we would like to be able to be treated fairly. Some of us have had problems with the refer a friend program, others with customer service, and other various problems with our phones including lost time, and phones that never get returned from the warehouse. We would like to make it clear that all we want is to be treated fairly.
