Violations of the Indian Child Welfare Act

We the undersigned enter this petition to the Crandon Wisconsin Judicial system and all other entities involved in the case of Lacy Komannikien tribal member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Tribe and her infant child who will remain unnamed. Date case started was December 13th 2007.
We demand that the child be returned to her mother at once based upon violations of the Indian child Welfare Act, US Code Title 25,Chapter 21,Subchapters: 1914,1920 and 1922.
~The parents were not notified by cerftified mail of the intent/continuation of removal of above said child.
~The mother has not been appointed an attorney by above said courts, and has been refused when she requested such.
~The child has never been, nor will be in harms way in the mothers care. No efforts in reasonable time have shown to disprove this.
~A Motion to Dismiss was filed to the aboved named courts by The Bad River Band and was not addressed at the motion hearing.
~There have been numerous violations to the mothers civil rights as well
