We Demand Yowcow.com Stop Acting as Banker For Hate Sites

Yowcow.com is a company providing internet payment services. It enables vendors and websites without merchant accounts to accept payment via credit card. It positions itself as an alternative to the better known Paypal system.

When Ive notified Paypal of hate sites using Paypal to collect money, Paypal has disavowed the sites and closed their accounts.

Like Paypal, Yowcow has a written Acceptable Use Policy, detailing prohibited uses of its service. Despite notice that doing so violates their own Acceptable Use Policy, Yowcow.com chooses to act as banker for hate sites. You can view their policy at:

Among the prohibitions, including but not limited to webpage content, offers of or requests for goods or services, payments and receipts of payments shall not:

2. Be misleading, false or inaccurate.
8. Be defamatory, threatening or harassing.
11. Create liability for YowCow or damage YowCows goodwill through, but not limited to, any of the above policy items and including tampering, hacking modifying or otherwise attempting to corrupt the security or functionality of the YowCow service.

A current user of Yowcows services, thewatcherfiles.com violates these terms. It promotes the century old hoax Protocols of the Elders of Zion as fact (when the Protocols had already been discredited by the time Hitler made them a centerpiece of Mein Kampf).

Even more incredibly, thewatcherfiles.com promotes the thousand year old slander that Jews kill Christians to drink their blood, the infamous slander known as the blood libel.

On their Acceptable Use Policy description page, Yowcow writes Any YowCow registered user found to be in breach of any facet of this Acceptable Use policywill have their membership and or use and access of the site and services terminated, and provides a page where complaints can be reported:

When I informed Yowcow about thewatcherfiles.com, I received the following response from their customer service representative :

For a customer service representative to respond in such a hostile manner to a single notice (Please refrain from spamming us) is remarkable enough. But note also the reference to the barbaric form of torture inflicted on children every day in the form of circumcision.

I sent correspondence by fax to Yowcow.coms headquarters office in Australia, giving them the opportunity to disavow this response. Weeks have passed with no answer. A copy of my letter to them, and a complete history of my correspondence with Yowcow, can be found at:
